3. About Our Products
Studio Vreeken is a creative art studio, not a mass-production factory or supplier. Every product is created with care to present artwork in the best possible way.
Our products (canvas prints and art prints) are produced using a print-on-demand process, meaning each item is made specifically for you after ordering.

An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed by us and payment has been received.

Because all items are made to order:
- Processing time: approx. 1 business day
- Production & shipping: typically 2–3 business days

Studio Vreeken is not liable for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- External circumstances beyond our control
Original Paintings
Original artworks may be delivered personally. Delivery time will be arranged individually.
6. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Because all products are custom-made (print-on-demand), returns or cancellations are not possible.
We strongly advise checking sizes, materials, and product details carefully before ordering.
Damages or Issues
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Clear description of the issue

As an independent artist, I work closely with production partners. While I am not a factory, I take responsibility for delivering high-quality artwork.
If something goes wrong, we will always work together to find a fair solution, such as:

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
