Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All products are made to order through our print partners. Once you place an order, it is automatically sent to our fulfillment providers for production.

Processing time:

  • 2–5 business days on average

  • During peak periods (holidays or high-demand seasons), production may take slightly longer

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and the production partner fulfilling your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

The Netherlands & Belgium

  • 5 –8 business days after production (via Printumo)

Rest of Europe

  • 7–10 business days after production

United States & Canada

  • 10–12 business days after production (via Printumo)

International (Rest of World)

  • 10–12 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order size

  • Fulfillment location

The exact shipping rate will be shown before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If not received any tracking info please contact support@studiovreeken.nl


Multiple Packages

Because we work with multiple production partners, your order may arrive in separate packages if:

  • You ordered different product types

  • Items are produced at different facilities

  • Products ship from different countries

You will receive tracking details for each shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund

  • Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment

Orders already in production cannot be changed or canceled.


Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand
